The rooms are a nice size with a full kitchen. The staff is attentive. The location is perfect, close to the concert venue we went to. It's conveniently situated near restaurants and attractions in Irving, Dallas, Richardson, and Las Colinas on Meadow Creek.

The hotel is run down and had an odd smell. The beds were not comfortable and the place needs a serious upgrade. The were stains on the walls and on the floor in the bathroom. For over a hundred bucks as night I expected a little more. The vending machine took my money as well but couldn't get a refund.

This place is in a great spot, super close to the airport. It's perfect if you need to be in Dallas for a funeral or want to visit Las Colinas. Plus, there's a cool spot called Cool River nearby where you can relax and unwind. 🌟
